Booking directly with the owner gets you the best terms available, with prices generally between €450 and €990 per night, depending on the season and the dates you choose.
In the most sought-after periods, the difference between the platforms and booking direct can be considerable, particularly for stays of several nights.

Discounts and benefits
Reduced rates apply to longer stays:

Guests who have stayed at Ker Simone and book again the following year also receive a 5% loyalty discount.
Services and fees
- Preparation, cleaning and welcome fee
- 470 € per stay
- This covers a full clean of the villa, the windows, basic supplies, and the welcome on arrival and departure by the caretaker.
- The amount reflects the size of the property, over 300 m², and the care needed to prepare it between stays.
- Bed and bath linen
- 27 € per guest
- Linen is provided: bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, plus tea towels and bath mats.
- Children under two are not counted.
Conditions
The minimum length of stay varies with the dates and the season. The terms that apply are given to you when you book.
A 30% deposit on booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival.
A 1 500 € deposit is taken on arrival and returned after the check-out inspection.
Dates are held only once the booking is confirmed: a request alone is not a reservation.
Taxes
The rental rates shown do not include the visitor tax or the additional county tax. Both apply under the rules of the Côte d'Émeraude community of communes, and are calculated according to the provisions in force on the date of the stay.
