Villa Ker Simone, in Saint-Lunaire

Ker Simone has been at the heart of our family story since 1965. Back then, the house was called Thalassa. It belonged first to our great-grandparents, and later to our grandmother Simone, with whom we spent every summer of our childhood. Completely rebuilt between 2023 and 2025, the house has now been given a new life as Ker Simone — “Simone’s house” in Breton — in loving tribute to her memory. The main living spaces open directly onto a large sun-drenched wooden terrace, extending into a private enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. Upstairs, the bright, light-filled bedrooms offer beautiful sea views from two of the rooms. On the lower ground floor, a large games room features a table tennis table, projector screen, darts and all the beach equipment you could need — plenty to keep everyone entertained on rainy days and in the evenings. The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests, with a maximum of 12 adults. Longchamp Beach is just a 2-minute walk away, while the centre of Saint-Lunaire can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
