Data we collect
We collect only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the dates you have in mind, the number of guests and the content of your message.
No customer account is created, you are never asked for a password, and no advertising tracker is set. The site sets one technical cookie only, for signing in to the administration area: it does not concern you as a visitor.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to answer your enquiry about a stay. The processing rests on your own approach: you write to us to get an answer, and we make no other use of it. Your data is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Stay enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted at our own initiative from the administration area. The technical calendar synchronisation logs, which hold no personal data, are deleted after 90 days.
Sign-in attempts to our administration area are also recorded with the originating IP address for 30 days. This protects your data against automated access attempts; it does not concern browsing the site.
In the same way, each contact form submission is recorded with the originating IP address for 7 days. This record serves only to limit how many messages can be sent per hour, to keep automated messages out. It is tied neither to the content of your message nor to your browsing, and it is never passed to a third party.
Who receives it
Your messages are read by the owners of the villa. They pass through our hosting provider and our email sending service, which act on our behalf and make no other use of them. No data is passed to the booking platforms.
Availability calendar
The public calendar shows only whether a night is free or taken. It reveals neither who is staying, nor which platform a booking came from, nor why a night is unavailable. The exact address of the villa is never published.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of data about you. To exercise it, reply to the email you received from us or write to us through the contact form. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
